When you submit an estimate to be bid upon, we need to know your name, phone numbers, e-mail address, origin/destination addresses, inventory to be shipped, date of move, and the packing instructions as applies directly to your move. This allows us to process the bid and to notify you of the progress of the bid.

Moishe’s Self Storage does share your personal information with our moving/storage partners in order to facilitate pickup/delivery, get accurate tracking data, and ensure proper handling of your shipping transaction.

Moishe’s Self Storage does not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others. We may choose to do so in the future with trustworthy third parties, but you will have the option of not being included in your Account Status. Also, Moishe’s Self Storage may provide aggregate statistics about our customers, sales, traffic patterns, and related site information to reputable third-party vendors, but these statistics will include no personally identifying information.Moishe’s Self Storage may release account information when we believe, in good faith, that such release is reasonably necessary to (i) comply with law, (ii) enforce or apply the terms of any of our user agreements or (iii)protect the rights, property or safety of Moishe’s Self Storage, our users, or others.

When you submit an estimate or access your account information, we offer the use of a secure server that encrypts all your personal information before it is sent to us to prevent unauthorized access to your information. Moishe’s Self Storage uses a feature of your Internet browser called a “cookie” to assign a unique identification to your computer. Cookies are files that your Web browser places on your computer’s hard drive. Moishe’s Self Storage does not and cannot use cookies to retrieve personal information about you from your computer unless you knowingly provided such information.
