What do I need to rent a room?

Renting your room is easy. All we need from you is:

  • A valid form of ID (like a driver's license or passport)
  • First month's rent, as well as a one-time administrative fee of $25
  • A lock to keep your stuff secure (bring your own or purchase one from our facility)

Can I rent month-to-month?

Yes. All of our facilities allow month-to-month rental agreements.

What are your storage rooms like?

What room sizes do you offer?

Are climate-controlled rooms available?

Yes, climate-controlled rooms are available upon request. Please notify us of your preference at time of reservation.

Are my items insured?

If you have homeowner's or renter's insurance, your policy may already cover any items you place into storage. Check your individual plan for details. However, you can purchase additional insurance to ensure your items' safety. Our protection plan, SecureLease, is both flexible and affordable.

How do I move into my storage space?

Can you move my items, or do I have to?

You can always rent a truck or ask your friends to help you move into your unit. Or, our team of professional movers can do the heavy lifting for you. Call 800-536-6564 to learn more about our warehousing services or see if you qualify for free pick up!

Am I eligible for free pick up?

If you rent a storage unit (up to 5 x 10) for at least three months, we'll pick up your items and transport them to your storage unit at no cost to you. Reserving a room doesn't automatically enroll you in this service. Please call 800-536-6564 to schedule your free pick up.

Do you hire third-party movers?

No, we never hire third-party movers. Throughout your entire experience with us, you'll be working exclusively with the Moishe's team. Our professional movers are trained in-house using a program that has been honed for over thirty years.

When can I access my stuff?

We're open seven days a week (excluding some holidays). Freely access your items between 7 a.m. - 7 p.m. Monday through Friday, and from 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday. For clients utilizing our warehousing services, we recommend you make an appointment first.

How can I be sure my belongings are safe?

At Moishe's, your security is our top priority. We keep your items safe 24/7 with:

What happens if I lose my key?

How does this service work?

Easy! Just call and schedule a time for our professional movers to come to your home. They'll carefully pack up your belongings and transport them to our storage facility. Whenever you're ready to retrieve your belongings, just call our team and let us know what items you want, and when you're available to receive them. We'll deliver them right to your door!

How much does it cost?

You can take advantage of our warehousing services for the same price as traditional self storage. There is no extra cost to use this service.

How Do I Pay For My Room?

Do you offer an automatic payment plan?

Yes! Enroll in our auto-pay program online or at our facility, and we'll automatically deduct your monthly rent from your credit or debit card.

How Can I Manage My Account?

Easily manage your account online by logging into your account on our website. From there, you can pay bills, view past transactions, and even update your information.

When Is Rent Due?

We charge rent monthly, on the anniversary of your move-in date. For example, if you move into your storage unit on the 7th day of the month, your rent is due by the 7th day of the following month, and so on.

What if I'm late on making a payment?

Rent is due monthly on the anniversary of your move-in date. However, we allow a grace period of 10 days before we charge a late fee of $25. To avoid late payments, we recommend enrolling in our autopay service.

Do you offer business storage?

Can multiple members of my staff have access to the unit?

Absolutely. Simply speak with a member of our team and they'll be happy to authorize additional personnel.

My inventory is growing and I need a different room size. Can I change rooms?

With rooms as large as 3,000 square feet, we can accommodate your growing storage needs. Just speak to our storage personnel and they'll assist you in finding the right size room.

What do I need to bring with me to make a reservation?

We require the same documentation for renting business storage that we do for personal storage - just bring along a valid form of identification and a form of payment.

Can I have electricity available in my room?

Yes, electricity can be made available upon request.

What size rooms do you have available for business storage?

With custom room sizes and up to 3,000 square feet of space available, we have the room to fit your needs.

Do you have free parking?

Yes, free parking is available to our clients who are loading/unloading their items from storage.

Anything Else?

How can I purchase moving or packing supplies?

You can purchase moving supplies like boxes, packing materials and tape at our storage facilities or by calling 800-536-6564. We can even deliver these items to your home upon request for free.*

How do I move out of my unit?

We hate to see our clients go, but if you need to leave, we offer an easy move out process. We don't require advanced notice - just make sure you've paid up any outstanding balance and alert a member of our team that you're closing out your account. Please be sure to leave your room clean upon departure, and we'll handle the rest.
